Located between his SW. 160th Ave. and SW. 152nd Ave., the Four Seasons community sits along SW. Village Ln. and encompasses hundreds of beautiful, midpriced homes from $480,000-$650,000. Will find a variety of styles to choose from in 3 to 5 bedroom layouts, 2 to 4 bathrooms, and in sizes from 1800 ft.² to nearly 3000 ft.². Most of the homes were built in the mid to late 1970s and early 1980s and several homes sit on private, quiet cul-de-sacs with larger backyards and lots of up to about 10,000 ft.².
The entire community sits just north of the Chehalem elementary school and east of the popular Westside Regional Trail, built in 1992 extending north and south through the Tualatin Hills Park and recreational district, connecting Westside neighborhoods and communities and featuring a 25-mile long trail from the Tualatin River to the Willamette.
Four Seasons Community Amenities
Life at the Four Seasons community is rich in amenities. As a local swimming pool that is typically open beginning in June Monday through Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 11 AM until 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM until 7 PM. Be sure to check with the homeowner association website as the pool may be close for certain COVID restrictions. The deep pools reserved for lap swim only from 11 AM to noon Tuesday and Thursday. Swimmers have their own key card to enter the pool area and must shower prior to entering the pool.
The clubhouse is another community amenity. With the recent remodel in 2015, the Four Seasons Clubhouse is a great place to hold an event, get together with other neighbors, and offer guest passes available for purchase. There are several social events throughout the year. Homeowner association fees are approximately $40-$50 per month. Please check with current listings as these can change over time.
