Generally speaking, any homeless priced over $700,000 throughout the Portland metro area, with at least 4000 ft.² or more may be considered luxury. However, prices and the only factor. It can be common to find a 1500 ft.² manufactured home on 20 acres, that would certainly be devoid of anything considered "luxury". But I think you know luxury when you see it. Most luxury homes and condominiums in Portland start at least at about $900,000 if not $1 million on up.
